We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, due to the nature of digital displays and handcrafted jewellery, there may be slight variations in color, size, and weight. All weights and measurements are approximate.

  • Purity: All our gold and silver jewellery is hallmarked as per BIS standards.
  • Gemstones: Natural gemstones may have internal inclusions which are unique characteristics of the stone.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice due to fluctuations in gold and silver market rates. The price applicable at the time of booking or purchase will be final.

We accept various payment modes including Cash, UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, and Bank Transfers. Full payment is required before delivery of goods.

4. Orders and Customization

Custom orders require an advance payment. Once a custom design is approved and processing has begun, cancellations may not be possible or may incur a cancellation fee to cover labor and material costs.

5. Returns and Exchanges

We have a transparent return and exchange policy:

  • Exchange of jewellery is subject to the current market value of the metal, after deduction of making charges and taxes.
  • Items must be in original condition with the original invoice and purity certificate.
  • Custom-made items are generally non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

6. Limitation of Liability

Keshav Raj and Sons shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
